Franck D. Joseph II is a public speaker, strategic advisor, and c-suite level professional with experience around diversity and inclusion, operations systems and performance, community relations, procurement, communications, and general management. Known not only for his leadership, but also for his training and the development of others, he continues to exemplify a life of service which extends beyond himself.
Franck was inspired to dedicate his life to public service due to his own hardships growing up. Being raised by a widow shaped a lot of his views as he saw the struggles she went through in order to make ends meet. These circumstances caused Franck to grow up quickly and mature into the person he is today. Franck has a decade's worth of executive leadership experience in city government. He was a Chief of Staff at the New York City Council, a Deputy Commissioner for the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and Chief of Staff & Senior Advisor at the Office of the Queens Borough President.
Franck’s passion for organizational leadership and development, has allowed him to advise various organizations on their DEI practices, improving operational efficiency, personnel management, communication strategies, and more. Franck also conducts trainings and other live talks on the aforementioned topics; as well as motivational speeches, sharing his lived experiences as a backdrop.
